Thanks to my incredible stylist (and longtime friend) Erika Nunez, I rocked some very cute and affordable pieces from Blend Showroom here in New York City this past weekend as I held down hosting duties at various events.
I hosted Iggy Azalea‘s sold-out show at SOBs and for this we decided to go with a pleated mini-dress with pop colors by *Gracia, some of Erika’s own gold jewelry and jeweled Sergio Rossi heels.
On Saturday I hosted my mentor organization Youth At Risk’s first annual Phenomenal Mother’s Brunch (honoring our young mothers and Emily B from Love & Hip Hop), so Erika and I decided to go with an appropriate, neutral look. We chose an “easy breezy” beige cotton dress by *Frenzii, my own necklace and once again, heels by Sergio Rossi (this time in a snakeskin peep-toe).
We wrapped up the weekend with me hosting Dunkxchange on Sunday, a huge sneaker event held at the beautiful Chelsea Piers in downtown Manhattan. I had the pleasure of introducing acts including Moka Blast, Jon Connor and Vado, did some giveaways on-stage and more. I kept it street and sweet with a funky top (in a gorgeous deep blue) by *Gracia, a one-off pair of earrings from my girl Seleah Simone at Brooklyn Fashion Forum, my own leggings and crazy Basquiat kicks from my Reebok Classics family.

Okay so you know I’m happy to have these outfits as “hand me downs” when you’re over it!
